How do I change my password?

You can change your password from your phone. You must be signed into your account to change your password. It is changed in the Profile link in the menu bar.

How do I change my email address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address. If you need to change it, please contact us on the 'email us' link above and we will change it on your behalf.

How do I change my mobile number?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your mobile number. If you need to change it, please contact us on the 'email us' link above and we will change it on your behalf.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Please make sure you are signed out of your account and click the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the sign in page. You will be sent an email allowing you set up a new password.

I have the wrong personal information in my profile. How do I change it?

You can change your personal profile information by clicking on the Profile link in the menu bar.

How do I check the Terms and Conditions for an offer?

Tap the offer or hit the "Details" button and it will open full screen on the phone. Click on the "Small Print" button at the bottom of the screen to check the terms and conditions on the back of the offer.

What is "My offers"?

"My offers" is a list of your favourite offers. Offers are added to your list when you clip them.

What happens if I "clip" an offer?

When you clip an offer it is saved to your "My offers" tab in the app. This is a handy way of keeping a list of your favourite offers that you can check at any time

Can I remove an offer from "My offers" list?

Yes, select your "My offers" list and click the 'clipped' button. This will unclip the offer and remove it from your favourites list. It will reappear in the "All offers" list.

How do I search for an offer?

You can search for an offer by scrolling through the main list of "All offers" or by checking the offer categories

How do I redeem an offer?

A yellow button will appear under the offer letting you know whether you can redeem the offer instore and/or online. Instruction on how to redeem will pop up in the app when you click the redeem instore or redeem online button.

How often do new offers appear on the app?

New offers appear weekly, so we recommend you log into the app regularly to avoid missing out on offers.

How do I know when new offers are available on Savvy Basket?

You can log in anytime to check for new offers. We will also send weekly emails with details of the latest offers.

What happens when an offer expires?

It will no longer appear in the Savvy Basket app and will be removed from your "My offers" favourites list.

What if I clip an offer and it is due to expire?

If you have clipped an offer, we will send you a push notification reminder 48 hours before it is due to expire.

Is your application safe/secure to use?

Your information is secure and safely stored on our servers. All of the communications between the mobile phone and our servers are over HTTPS and are secure as possible. Communication between the phones and the site is encrypted.
